Banners range in size depending on how you want to use them. There are 2 options for banners:
One Frame Banners
A well-designed banner that is made simply of one frame and is
static.
Animated Banners
Animated Banners are made of more than 1 frame. Since they "move"
they get the attention of a viewer a bit more than a static one.
Since there are multiple frames being utilized, more information
can be given than in a static banner.
